My name is Sean Carpenter, I am the owner/ inspector for Carpenter Property Inspections.  Having retired after serving the citizens of our community for 28 years with the City of Lima Fire Department, I bring with me to the home inspection industry the same dedication to professionalism and customer service developed during those years of service in the community.

As a Licensed Home Inspector for the past seven years and a member of the Inter National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) as well as being introduced to the building trades at the age of 12 through my grandfather's construction company, I have continued to expand my knowledge and my skill level in the construction industry.
